I'm a new Chuck & Don's customer but I am already impressed with the store and staff. I've been able to find a great variety of products -- including just what I was looking for in cat food and litter (love the litter that was suggested by one of the great employees!) Everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional. I can tell that they love animals and are there to help us care for them.
A great store with excellent service. They always greet you with a smile & help you find what you need. If they don't have it, they'll offer options. My two kitties love whatever I find at Chuck & Don's!
Amazing experience with the groomers here! Chelsea and Megan S helped us today. They were so competent, confident, and friendly. They expertly trimmed the nails of our two nervous dogs with lots of special handling needs and very overgrown nails. And at such a good price. Could not be happier with our first time here.
The staff at Chuck & Don’s is always so friendly and helpful. It’s Lola’s favorite place to shop! One that impresses me is how the salespeople always try to help you get sale deals and rebates, unlike a lot of stores that do their best to screw you over. Four paws up for Chuck & Don’s!
This is a great store. I've been shopping for dog food here for the last 2 years and the staff have all been lovely and really seem to love animals. If I bring my dog, he almost always gets some pets and love from the staff. They have a space for bathing your pets that I've never needed to use but it looks very clean and well-maintained. I will probably try it this winter.
I had my dog in for grooming and because of some matting, the groomer lost patience and only did half the hair cut!! She said that only a vet could do the rest. I then went to another groomer elsewhere and she was able to finish the job and said that it was no problem and that my dog did fine!!
Aspen loves getting groomed with Sharon! We moved recently and tried a groomer near our new place, but we had a bad experience. We know now that it’s definitely worth the 30 minute drive to Roseville to take her here. Aspen always leaves looking great, and all the grooming and store staff love on her from the minute we walk in to when we leave. Thanks, Chuck and Don’s!
One of the employees helped me fit a harness for my very wiggly 4 mo old puppy. I wish I had gotten her name. She was so patient and helpful as my pup bounced, wiggled and even nibbled her I'm sure. Great store and always helpful staff.
